Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. If 15days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that if your package has already been shipped from our warehouse and is in transit or undergoing customs clearance, a $30 fee for round-trip shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is important to be aware that the actual arrival status of the goods may affect the items you ordered. Any discrepancies between the pictures on our website and the actual product received cannot be considered grounds for refund or complaint.

In the event that you have received our gift package and wish to return it, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the undamaged gift package. When submitting your return request, please provide comprehensive pictures of the shipping case (including shipping information and the item) as well as your order details (including item information).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
